Unpublishing a User Pages site
GitHub Pages is available in public repositories with GitHub Free, and in public and private repositories with GitHub Pro, GitHub Team, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and GitHub Enterprise Server.
You can unpublish your GitHub Enterprise User Pages site if the content is no longer relevant or you no longer want it to be publicly available.
To unpublish your User Pages site, delete either the master branch in your <username>.[hostname]repository, or the entire <username>.[hostname]repository. For more information, see "Deleting unused branches" or "Deleting a repository."
