Reporting abuse or spam
You can report behavior and content that violates GitHub's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service to GitHub Support or GitHub Premium Support.
Owners, collaborators, prior contributors, and people with write access can report issues, pull requests, and comments on issues, pull requests, and commits in public repositories. For repositories owned by an organization, members and outside collaborators can also report issues, pull requests, or comments in public repositories. Anyone can report apps in GitHub Marketplace.
